Venkata Raghu N heads the Firm’s Direct Tax & Indirect Tax Practice with experience in Indian Taxation along with consultancy in payroll processing, tax planning, representation before appellate authorities along with carrying out Bank Audits.

Raghu has experience in the field of direct taxation including corporate taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing and foreign exchange regulations
Raghu has served clients with complex transaction support and advisory requirements across various sectors. He has successfully represented clients for tax matters at the Appellate and Tribunal level.

Raghu has substantial experience in overseeing corporate services including compliances under various Acts apart from domestic tax, payroll processing support to its ITES clientele.

Raghu has participated in the statutory audits of banks as the central statutory auditor, handled the audit of large PSU’s, and monitored the concurrent audit of the Financial Institutions, Stock & Revenue audits and Statutory Audits of Branches of Nationalised Banks.
